What Is Emotion Code?

Emotion Code is a gentle, non-invasive method designed to help identify and release trapped

emotions that can become stored in the body after stressful or overwhelming experiences.

When we go through something that feels too intense, too fast, or too much to fully process at

the time, the body can hold onto that emotional energy instead of releasing it.

Over time, these trapped emotions may contribute to:

  • emotional heaviness or feeling stuck
     

  • anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
     

  • self-sabotaging patterns or limiting beliefs
     

  • physical discomfort or tension in the body
     

  • difficulty moving forward in certain areas of life

How it works:
 

Emotion Code uses muscle testing (a form of biofeedback) to communicate with the body and uncover what’s been stored beneath the surface. From there, specific trapped emotions are identified and gently released—supporting the body in returning to a more balanced, regulated state. There’s no need to relive or retell everything you’ve been through. The body leads the process, and we follow what it’s ready to release.

Your body has been protecting you in the best way it knows how.
Emotion Code simply creates space for those protections to soften when it feels safe to do so.

How are sessions conducted? 
 

Sessions will be conducted over the phone.

Zoom or remote sessions are available upon request.
 

For remote sessions, you’ll send a recent photo of yourself (or your child or pet), and I will perform the session at your scheduled appointment time. Afterward, I'll email you a summary of the session and the results. I will email notes of the trapped emotions we release after every session.
 

Most clients prefer phone sessions because it allows them to be involved in the process while still being able to relax and fully receive during the session.
 

Please note: you should not be driving or operating heavy machinery during a session.
